JOB DESCRIPTION
The Data Intelligence & Analytics Manager is a role within the Tech/Operations function, responsible for designing, delivering and governing EIT Food’s data intelligence backbone.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, data, and executive decision-making, and plays a critical part in enabling operational excellence, executive performance steering, impact visibility, and scalable AI-enabled data usage across the organisation.
This is a hands‑on role: while the position has operational ownership over data intelligence, it also requires direct involvement in designing, building and maintaining end‑to‑end data flows and integrations between core enterprise systems; building dashboards and analytical solutions.
KEY OBJECTIVES (2026)
- Enable data-driven decision-making through a single operational data backbone
- Deliver Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards for projects, budgets, KPIs and participants
- Support the one centralised system and approach for tracking impact ambition
- Implement AI governance and priority AI use cases reducing workload and improving data quality
- Maintain and continuously improve data integrations and flows across core enterprise systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite and SuccessFactors
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and evolve the Data Intelligence system at EIT Food;
- Act as Product Owner for analytics and data reporting (especially to our funders such as EIT)
- Act a point of contact for EIT regarding data reporting topics
- Deliver dashboards for business units, Executive team, ect
- Ensure Salesforce remains the single source of truth
- Define and enforce data governance and quality standards
- Drive adoption of dashboards across leadership and teams
- Identify and enable AI use cases for operational efficiency
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years experience in data analytics, BI or data product roles
- Strong experience with Salesforce and BI tools (Power BI)
- Experience Integration Platform such as Workato
- Experience with Azure suite (Data bricks, Data Lake, etc)
- Proven ability to deliver executive-grade dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in complex, cross-functional organisations
- Able to work in a rapidly-changing organisation and can deal with unknowns
- Fluent in English

This role can be based in any of our six locations: Belgium, UK, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain or Poland. To be eligible, you must be based in one of these locations and have the legal right to work there.
